Sharing Christ in the controlled environment of a prison or jail is a very rewarding experience. Inmates are more likely to realize their need for Jesus more readily than the general populace and the dialog evangelism method used is very easy to learn.

Some people might imagine evangelism in the prison environment to be scary, but in actuality, it is very safe for visitors and most inmates greatly appreciate the visits.

Wellspring plans to take the church bus on prison ministry weekends 2010. These opportunities are for both men and women, minimum age 18 years old. Applications generally are due approximately one month before the event.
